When considering the future, ensure you create the necessary plans to ensure your enjoyment of that time later on, because someday the future will be your "in the moment." Don’t neglect your planning for the future, but don’t let it consume your life in an unhealthy way. Balance is key, and will help you not to feel stress due to too much focus on one area
